Tweensy is free and open source you can use it without any cost or any kind of licensing implications unlike some tweening engines which charge for extended features.

Yes a new version is planned, although work keeps getting in the way unfortunately. I haven’t done any Tweensy performance tests for 10.1 yet.

Current trunk version – is stable for use in small/medium game production?
Do you have updated performance tests with new version of TweenLite/Max
or with FP10.1?
